卡达士の可丽饼 / Crepe with custard cream

朋友来访の假日就来份吧~


可丽饼 / Crepe
鸡蛋 Egg—1個
面粉 flour—50g
砂糖 Sugar—15g
奶油 Butter—10g
牛奶 Milk—150ml
蜜糖 Honey - 少许 {to taste}


卡士达酱 / Custard cream
牛奶 Milk—100cc
蛋黃 Yolk—1個
砂糖 Sugar—20g
面粉 Flour—10g





              可丽饼 / Crepe

1- 粉加砂糖, 用攪拌器先攪拌好
Add Flour and Sugar
2 - 加入鸡蛋慢慢攪拌. 确认混合好 
Break eggs into a bowl and mix well
3 - 加入牛奶一边加入,一边攪拌.
 Add milk and Whisk until it is smooth
4 - 加入溶化好的牛油混合好
Add the melted butter
5 - 蓋起來放入冰箱让它休息一下 {20-30mins}
Cover the batter , Put the batter in the refrigerator to rest {20-30mins}



 可以用紙巾塗一點點牛油在锅上.
 6 - 平底鍋用小火,加入一湯匙面糊
medium heat.put  a cup of batter to make a crepe.
7 - 讓它平均散開.
twirl the pan around.
8 - 翻面-慢慢翻過來.

1 - 可丽饼裡中間放一點打發好的卡士达酱,再放切小块的水果。
put some custard cream in the crepe and add some fruit
2 - 像春卷的樣子包起來
and roll like spring roll
3 - 最后把水果放在上面,淋上蜜糖,再洒些蜜糖碎在上面
at the end put some your favor fruit on the top and drizzle honey on top of the crepes also can Sprinkle with powdered honey.





    卡士达酱 / Custard cream


1 -  蛋黄加砂糖打发好,等它变白就可以加入面粉 
 Add yolk and Sugar and mix well until change to {white}
2 - 开小火煮牛奶 {也可以加vanila哦}
medium heat.cook the milk
3 - 牛奶煮沸後, 加入打发好的食材里面搅
Pour in milk and mix well
4  - 开中火, 一直搅煮到熟为止,直到旁边开始出現泡泡,就可以关火了.
{依自己要多浓都可以但不要太干}
medium heat and cook it until appear 'bubble'  and Whisk always.
5 - 搽些牛油在表面以防干燥,放着冷卻.
set a side to cool down



TIPS:
1.什么水果都可以用.
2.卡达酱也可以加入果泥.
