香炸韭菜薯泥 / Deep Fried Potato Patty






所需材料 / Ingredients: 
 
马铃薯2个
韭菜3根
红萝卜半根切细
红葱头 {炸好备用}
黑胡椒 {少许}
英国加哩粉 - {少许}
盐 {少许}
炸鸡粉 {适量}

Potatoes 2PCS (boiled)
Chinese chive 3PCS (chopped)
Carrot (Chopped)
 Red onion (chopped and fried)
1 tablespoon Black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Curry Powder to taste
1 tablespoon Salt to taste
1 tablespoon flour



马铃薯洗净放入热水里闷煮35分钟 
把煮熟的马铃薯放入冷水轻轻剥皮
boil potato in a medium pot at high heat until cook
Cool down with the cold water and Peel easily

 把马铃薯压成泥状
加入红萝卜搅拌
Dish and drain potato in a large bowl and mashed thoroughly with potato masher
Add in Carrot

香炸韭菜薯

再把 韭菜,黑胡椒,加哩粉,盐加入搅拌
Add in Chinese chive, Black pepper, Curry Powder and Salt and mix



加入炸好的红葱头
Add in Fried Red Onion and Mix well together

 Deep Fried Potato Patt

拿一汤匙的量
Take a amount of Soup Spoon 

搓成圆形再撒炸鸡粉锁着薯泥
 用中火油炸至金黄色
With well-floured hands, shape mashed potato into egg-sized balls and Set aside.
Deep fry Potato balls until turn golden brown

 上菜咯~
DONE~

TIPS:
1.马铃薯一定要煮透可以用蒸的方式可以把甜味留住
2.材料方面可以很宽,可以加鸡肉,蔬菜,香菇之类的食材。
